Yay! School is finally over and summer has rolled in! I hope everyone had a great school year, and your summer is going great! I just wanted to give an update that this year we kick-started an annual drive to give school supplies to kids in local title I schools. A title I school is a school that is decided "poor" or "unfunded". These schools can barely pass their own budgets, let alone provide school supplies to children in need. Therefore in a joint effort with Lorax Club, EAUC collected slightly used binders that will be cleaned and prepared for kids in one of Maryland's title I schools! II
