Get Involved
Get involved?
At EAUC it is part of our mission statement to inspire other individuals to become more involved with under educated children, but that doesn't appear to be all that easy does it? Well, that depends on how involved you get! Our mission becomes successful once one more person becomes dedicated, and it becomes more successful when those people pass it on to another person. The chain goes on forever! As a matter of fact it already has been! By reading the article by Oliver Thomas, our club became active. Oliver passed it on to us (even if it was unintended) and now we are continuing the chain. Help us continue to pass it on by getting involved!
How?
Getting involved can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be, It all adds up to one question. How involved do you want to be? Here as a few ideas Northern's EAUC came up with both simple and complex. You can also check out the Ideas page for the full list of ideas
- Tell someone else!
One of the most basic ways to get involved in raising awareness is simply to tell someone else. It could be anyone, a brother or sister, a friend, or even a stranger! Regardless, you are exposing yet another individual to this issue who may then go on to inspire another person! It's like replicating or multiplying, we call it passing it on.
- Create club!
Who ever said being committed was easy? If you really feel like getting involved, make an entirely new club! You could even name it after ours as a branch of us! Creating a new club can be tedious, but some friends can make the task much more realistic. Now you are combining several aspects of awareness into one, by involving others in a common issue, as well as passing it on further with a successful club.
Who has actually got involved?
Visit our Contributors page to see who has taken the challenge to pass it on! If you want to be on that site, do something to help enhance awareness for under-educated children! For more information on contributing, visit the page.
