"Bad brings good, storms bring rainbows" -Michael Metler (I think) Have you ever caught yourself wondering why if there was a God, then why would he allow for such terrible things to happen? For there to be so much pain, so much death, so much loss? Well think of it from this perspective: If there weren't storms, there would be no rainbows. If there wasn't loss, there would be no care. If there wasn't pain, there would be no healing. If there wasn't failure, there would be no learning. If there wasn't loss, pain, healing, and failure, there would be no love, and a world without love is a world without life. Instead of looking at all the bad, look at the good for once. Life is not going to be fair, simple, or even bearable, but it's totally worth it.

"Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things." -Peter Drucker I take personal pleasure in this quote because it reminds me that sometimes it does not matter if you did something right. Sometimes it is more important to do the right thing. This quote is important to EAUC because it models the idea of two problem solvers, which is a theory I stand by (below). I think this quote sums up that some people will do something good (the direct thinkers), but could be doing something better (the root thinkers).
Two Types of Problem Solvers: I believe that there are two types of problem solver in this world. The Direct thinkers, and the Root Thinkers. A direct thinker looks at a problem at it's uttermost surface, and attempts to solve the issue from a basic approach, which may not always eliminate the problem, but resolve the issue on the surface. A root thinker looks at a problem at it's roots, and tries to solve it by eliminating the most causing factor of the issue, thereby completing eliminating the issue. "The worst mistake you can possibly make, is not making one at all" -Michael Metler (ME ;D) I made this quote to honor the importance of making mistakes, and how mistakes themselves are some of the best ways to learn. Humans are not built to be perfect, or to know everything. Humans are built to persevere. Humans are built to push past their worst fears, pains, or embarrassments. Most importantly, Humans are built to make mistakes. It's your choice whether you decide to learn from them, or let them destroy you.
Hi world of dreamers, leaders, followers, visionaries, and peers! I would like to introduce somewhat of a series that I would like to begin. I'm just going to name it "Life Quotes" to make it easy! When i'm bored I like to try and make my own quotes, or just look up quotes that have already been quoted. I personally like them because they make me think. I plan on sharing some of my favorite quotes and briefly stating why I like them! Starting right now!! "You have to think anyway, so why not think big" - Donald Trump I enjoy this quote because I feel like a large part of my life is involved in dreaming, or thinking big in other words. So reading this quote inspires me to continue my dreams, and act on them to bring them to life. I highly recommend to anyone else out there to dream big, and follow that dream! It makes life worth living.
